As an all-around employee at our fabrication shop, you’ll have a varied job that involves delivering parts to various locations and picking them up for our shop. You’ll also ensure that the parts warehouse is neatly organized for your colleagues and assist in the fabrication shop with assembly, disassembly, and welding tasks.

What are you going to do?

Every day, you’ll head out in the service bus to pick up parts for our workshop’s operations. You’ll do this to ensure that all business activities—such as transportation, the sand washing plant, and the rubble crusher—continue to run smoothly. In addition, you may assist with assembly work on the equipment. You’ll do this by:

  • Inspecting incoming goods;
  • Keeping the warehouse organized;
  • Delivering and picking up various materials for the workshop;
  • You may be required to work in the field with the metalworkers.

We work at the PCU Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Your work hours are negotiable; only Friday is a fixed day.

What are we asking?

  • Technical insight;
  • Forklift certification or a willingness to obtain it.
  • Driver's license B.

What do we offer?

A contract for 32–40 hours per week for 7 months, with the possibility of a permanent position. We are covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Commercial Freight Transport. This means you can also count on:

  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer, from 10 kilometers one way with a maximum of 50 kilometers per day;
  • Investment in your talent and development through our Online Academy and job-specific courses;
  • A good pension plan with the Transport Pension Fund, with a total contribution of 30% of the pension base and an employee contribution of 10.16%;
  • Groep health insurance through Zilverenkruis with attractive discounts;
  • 27.5 vacation days based on full-time employment and additional days from the age of 45;
  • Good company restaurant where your order is freshly prepared at a good price.
