Cleaning staff

As a cleaning employee, you have an important job: you ensure that our offices, canteens, and other sanitary areas are spic and span, because a clean workplace is an important part of our image!

What are you going to do?

Your main tasks will be cleaning our various business premises and ensuring a fresh and clean workplace for your colleagues. You will do this by:

• Cleaning floors, furniture, and sanitary facilities;
• Emptying trash cans and disposing of waste;
• Refilling sanitary supplies;
• Managing inventory. You monitor whether inventory is running low so that we can reorder in time.

What are we asking?

You can work independently, have an eye for detail, and are good with people. You also bring:

• Experience with cleaning commercial premises;
• Residing in the Utrecht region.

A 7-month contract with the prospect of permanent employment at the Theo Pouw Group for a minimum of 24 hours per week. In addition, you can count on:

• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer, from 10 kilometers one way with a maximum of 50 kilometers per day;

In addition to producing high-quality concrete, we also coordinate the transport of building materials and manage the collection and processing of contaminated soil and construction and demolition waste. The operational processes are supported by various departments such as Sales, Environment, Transport Planning, KAM, Finance, IT, HR, and PR. You will work in close-knit teams in the relevant department in a workplace with modern equipment. Our head office has a company restaurant and charging points for cars and bicycles.
