The Theo Pouw Groep headquaters is located in Utrecht. From this location, we handle the production of concrete, the storage, transshipment, and transport of primary and secondary building materials, and the collection and processing of contaminated soil and various types of construction and demolition waste. At our concrete plant in Utrecht, we produce concrete with a high proportion of recycled concrete granulate. In this way, we contribute to circular construction without compromising on quality.
For processing, our Utrecht site has an extractive cleaner, a stationary crusher, and a washing and crushing installation. Materials that cannot be processed in Utrecht are transported by ship to our site in Eemshaven for processing using one of our other techniques. Thanks to this efficient and sustainable working method, we can serve you throughout the Netherlands.

Eemshaven
Theo Pouw Secundaire Bouwstoffen B.V. in Eemshaven specializes in the production of concrete, the storage and transshipment and transport of primary and secondary building materials, and the collection and processing of contaminated soil and construction and demolition waste.
We use our thermal cleaning installation, a screening tower, and various mobile crushing installations to process contaminated materials. This enables us to sustainably and efficiently process a wide range of materials into high-quality secondary building materials.
Materials that cannot be processed in Eemshaven are transported by ship to our facility in Utrecht, where additional techniques are available.

Lelystad
Since 2004, the Theo Pouw Groep has had a depot in Lelystad. From this location, we deliver primary and secondary building materials and collect construction and demolition waste and asphalt.
The Lelystad branch is an important link in the Theo Pouw Groep's national network and facilitates circular and sustainable construction projects in Flevoland and the surrounding area.

Weert
Theo Pouw Secundaire Bouwstoffen Weert B.V. has been part of the Theo Pouw Groep since 2004. From our location in Weert, we provide a wide range of services for the construction and infrastructure sector.
Our activities consist of:
- Transport of building materials and soil flows;
- Storage, transshipment, and delivery of primary and secondary building materials;
- Receipt and processing of contaminated soil streams and construction and demolition waste.
For processing, we have an extractive cleaner and a mobile crusher at our disposal. Soil whose contamination is not yet fully known is temporarily stored in our soil bank, pending further analysis and processing.
With our expertise and facilities, we contribute to circular solutions and a sustainable construction sector in the south of the country.

Akkrum
The Akkrum location has been part of the Theo Pouw Groep since 2011. From this location, we serve Friesland and the surrounding area with sustainable solutions for the construction and infrastructure sector.
Our activities in Akkrum consist of:
- Supply of primary and secondary building materials for various applications;
- Rental of waste containers for construction and demolition projects;
- Collection and processing of construction and demolition waste, glass and asphalt;
- Soil bank activities, including the temporary storage of soil whose quality has yet to be determined.
Through these activities, our Akkrum site contributes to the circular economy and the responsible processing of raw materials in the region.

Since 2018, the Theo Pouw Groep has had a modern concrete plant in Groningen. Here, we produce sustainable concrete that consists of at least 30% recycled material.
Old concrete is given a second life in Groningen: we break it up, sift it, and wash it to produce high-quality substitutes for gravel and sand. In doing so, we are making an important contribution to the circular economy and reducing the demand for new primary raw materials.
We believe that reusing raw materials is better for people, the environment, and future generations than continuing to produce new raw materials. With the concrete plant in Groningen, we are turning that belief into concrete, sustainable results.

Almere
Since 2018, the Theo Pouw Groep has had a modern and sustainable concrete plant in Almere. Here, we produce concrete that consists of at least 30% recycled material as standard.
We break up old concrete, screen it, and wash it to produce high-quality gravel and sand substitutes. In this way, we give secondary raw materials a second life and reduce our dependence on new primary building materials.
The realization of this concrete plant was made possible in part by the municipality of Almere, which encouraged sustainable investments in the region through the Upcycle City competition. Thanks to this collaboration, we are making an important contribution from Almere to circular construction projects in Flevoland and far beyond.
